How do I place an order?
Browse our catalogue, add the items you want to your cart, then head to checkout. Enter your delivery details, choose a payment method and confirm — you will receive an order confirmation right away. You do not need an account to shop, but creating one lets you track orders and check out faster next time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through Paystack — including debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve) and bank transfer. We also offer pay-on-delivery in selected areas, so you can pay cash when your order arrives.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. All card and transfer payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Your card details are entered directly on Paystack’s secure gateway — PMO never sees or stores your full card information.
Do you deliver to my area?
Yes — we deliver nationwide to all 36 states and the FCT. Deliveries within Lagos and major cities are fastest, while more remote locations are served through trusted courier partners such as GIG Logistics and NIPOST.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Lagos typically arrive in 1–3 working days. Other major cities (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Kano and similar) take about 2–4 working days, and other states 3–6 working days. Express options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders of ₦50,000 and above qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in Nigeria. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you can follow its progress any time from your Orders page. We will also keep you updated by email and, where relevant, on WhatsApp.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, makeup and personal-care items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty. See our full returns policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
We are sorry if that happens. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% genuine, sourced from authorised distributors and verified brand partners. We never sell counterfeits or expired stock — authenticity is our guarantee.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
