How we get your order to you, how long it takes, and what to do if something isn’t right — clearly explained.
Delivery methods
We ship nationwide to all 36 states and the FCT using trusted courier partners including GIG Logistics and NIPOST. Two options may be available at checkout depending on your location:
- Standard delivery — our everyday, cost-effective option, delivered to your address.
- Express delivery — a faster option offered in Lagos and select cities for when you need your order sooner.
Estimated timelines
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Estimated delivery times after dispatch, by region:
- Lagos: 1–3 working days
- Major cities (Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Kano, Enugu, etc.): 2–4 working days
- Other states: 3–6 working days
Timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays or due to courier delays.
Shipping fees & free delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight, so you always see the cost before you pay. Orders of ₦50,000 and above qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in Nigeria. Pay-on-delivery is available in selected areas.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you can follow it every step of the way from your Orders page. We also send status updates by email and, where relevant, on WhatsApp so you always know where your package is.
Returns & refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened and in its original, sealed packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, opened skincare, makeup, fragrance and personal-care items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us within the 7-day window with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions and the drop-off or pickup details.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we approve your refund or replacement.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (via Paystack) within 5–10 working days.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — including any return shipping costs — at no charge to you.
