1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Your account

You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate, up-to-date information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We work hard to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and may cancel or amend the order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it once we confirm and dispatch your items, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

4. Payment

We accept payments via Paystack (card and bank transfer) and, in selected areas, pay-on-delivery. All online payments are processed securely through Paystack; PMO does not store your full card details. Orders are fulfilled once payment is confirmed, except where pay-on-delivery applies.

5. Shipping & delivery

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location and courier. Full details of methods, fees and our free-delivery threshold are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns policy, including the 7-day return window and the conditions for eligible items. Please review it before requesting a return.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the PMO name and logo, text, graphics, images and design — is the property of Prince Mega Online or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide our website and services with reasonable care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, PMO shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Nigerian law. Always use products in line with their instructions and any guidance from a qualified professional.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
