Who can apply for a wholesale account?
Registered retailers, resellers, distributors and institutional buyers. You’ll be asked for your business details and verification documents.
What documents do I need?
A CAC/RC certificate, a government-issued ID and proof of business address are the essentials. Adding a tax document or storefront evidence speeds up approval.
How long does approval take?
Usually 1–2 business days once your documents are received. You’ll be notified by email, in-app and (where available) WhatsApp.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes — a minimum order quantity applies per product and a minimum order value applies per tier. Both are shown before you check out.
How is wholesale pricing set?
Your tier (Starter, Growth, Premium or Strategic Distributor) sets an automatic discount. Quantity-break and negotiated contract pricing are available on request.
How do I pay?
By card through Paystack, or by bank transfer with an uploaded proof. Bank transfers are verified by our finance team before the order is released — screenshots are never treated as final confirmation.
Can I buy on credit?
Approved partners can apply for a credit account. Credit is reviewed by finance against your trading history and risk profile — it isn’t enabled by default.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. Save multiple delivery branches and choose the destination for each order at checkout.
Something’s wrong with my order — what do I do?
Raise a claim from your portal with photos or documents. We handle replacements, credit notes or refunds after review.
